1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the starter lock switch connector.

3. Remove the starter interlock switch:

Detach hook A in the direction of the arrow in the figure.

Note: replace the part with a new one after each removal.

Remove the starter interlock switch from the clutch pedal.

4. Install the new starter interlock switch:

Insert hook B of the new starter interlock switch into the corresponding hole in the clutch pedal.

5. Press the clutch pedal all the way in the direction of the arrow and check for a clicking sound from the starter interlock switch.

6. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

7. Press the clutch pedal all the way down and make sure that the engine starts.
