Front axle of the car — checking from the wheel hub with the steering knuckle (Mazda CX-5KE)
Install a dial indicator on a magnetic base as shown in the figure and measure the axial play of the wheel bearing. If the measured value exceeds the maximum allowable value (0.05 mm), replace the wheel hub assembly with a new one.
