Key left in steering wheel lock reminder signal (Mazda Capella GC)

Your Mazda is equipped with an audible reminder to remind you when the key is left in the steering wheel lock.
The signal sounds if the front door of the car is opened and the key remains in the lock.

Door locks

All doors can be automatically locked or unlocked by pressing or lifting the driver's door lock button.

Child safety device (for 2-door model)

To lock the doors so that they cannot be opened from the inside, press the child safety device handle and then close the door.

To open, first pull out the inner door lock button and then lift the door handle up. This child safety mechanism should be used whenever children are in the vehicle.
