Purpose
This Guide has been compiled to help the owner of the vehicle get the most out of it. This task is accomplished in several ways. The data collected and presented below allows the owner of the vehicle to determine what maintenance work should be done and when, and whether it makes sense to try to do it on their own or to contact the manufacturer's dealership or a car service center. The Guide includes descriptions of mandatory routine maintenance procedures for the vehicle and a schedule for their implementation. In addition, information is provided on diagnosing faults in vehicle components and systems (in case of their refusal), as well as ways to eliminate their causes.
The guide is compiled on the assumption that the owner of the car will perform most of the maintenance procedures on his own. Many of the simple jobs can be done much faster by the car owner himself, taking into account the time required to deliver the vehicle to the car service workshop, the workload of the workshops and the trip to the workshop to pick up the car. In addition, which is probably much more important, performing maintenance and repair procedures on your own allows you to significantly reduce the associated material costs, not to mention the feeling of self-satisfaction from a job well done.
Rules for using the manual
The manual is divided into Chapters. Each Chapter is divided into Sections, which in turn consist of paragraphs (consecutively numbered).
The text offered to the readers' attention is accompanied by illustrative material (drawings and photographs), which discloses the order and method of performing certain procedures in each Section. Procedures that have been discussed in the text are usually not repeated further. Instead, if necessary, a reference is made to the relevant Section of the relevant Chapter where the procedure has already been mentioned.
References to the location of a component or assembly on the left or right side of the vehicle are based on the assumption that the reader is in the driver's seat, facing forward.
