2. Turn off the ignition.
3. Remove the ignition cable, to do this, remove the plugs on the distributor and spark plug.
Attention! When doing this, pull on the plug, not on the cable.
4. Check the resistance between the contact of the plug of the distributor cap and the contact of the spark plug tip. The resistance should be 16 kOhm per meter.
5. If the resistance is too high, clean the plugs and repeat the measurement, if necessary, replace the cable.
6. Bend the ignition wires in the area of the spark plug tips and check for cracks, if necessary, replace all ignition cables.
7. Connect spark plug tips and ignition cables.
