Attention: Observe safety precautions when working with the engine cooling system.

1. Check the coolant level.

2. Remove the engine cooling system cover.

3. Install the cooling system cap testing device on the radiator filler neck.

4. Using the cooling system cap tester, create a pressure of 122.6 kPa (1.250 kg/cm²).

4. Using the cooling system cap tester, create a pressure of 122.6 kPa (1.250 kg/cm²).

Caution: Supply pressure above 122.6 kPa (1.250 kg/cm²) may cause damage to hoses, connections and other components of the cooling system, causing leaks.

5. After creating the required pressure in the system, make sure that the pressure is maintained at one level. If the pressure gauge arrow drops, this indicates a leak in the cooling system. Repair or replace faulty parts.
