Checking a position sensor other than P
Note: The non-P position sensor is built into the selector lever assembly.
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the front console.
3. Disconnect the selector lever connector.
4. Check the continuity of the circuit between terminals B and I of the selector lever connector. If the test results are not normal, replace the selector lever with a new one.
