Checking fuel injectors (Mazda CX-5KE)

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Remove the decorative engine cover.

3. Disconnect the fuel injector connector.

4. Measure the resistance between terminals A and B of the fuel injector.

Note: Nominal resistance of fuel injector: 0.9-1.1 MΩ (at 20°C).

5. If the measured resistance value is not within the norm, replace the fuel injector with a new one.

Note: If the fuel injector is replaced with a beam, the fuel injector initialization procedure must be performed using the M-MDS tool.
