Replacing the right oil seal No. 1 of the transfer case (Mazda CX-5KE)

1. Remove the right front drive shaft.

2. Insert a flat-head screwdriver into the slot of the transfer case and remove the right oil seal No.1.



3. Using a mandrel and a hammer, press in the new seal.

4. Apply fresh transfer case oil to the seal lips.

5. Install the right front drive shaft.



6. Install the transfer case on the vehicle.

7. Fill the transfer case with oil.
