Transfer case oil change (Mazda CX-5KE)

1. Remove the front protective tray No.2 from the vehicle.

2. Unscrew the drain plug.



3. Drain the oil into a suitable container.

4. Tighten the plug with a new washer to a torque of 40-58 Nm.

Note: replace the part with a new one after each removal.

5. Unscrew the plug of the inspection hole and add oil of the required grade through the inspection hole until it starts to flow out.





6. Tighten the inspection hole plug with a new washer to a torque of 40-58 Nm.
