Conservation

As often as required, the thoroughly washed and dried varnish coating should be coated with a preservative to protect the surface from atmospheric influences and a pore-closing and water-repellent layer of wax.

Overflowing fuel, oil, grease or brake fluid must be removed immediately, otherwise it will lead to a change in shade. Preservation should be repeated if water does not reflect off the varnish, but flows down in large drops. Regular preservation ensures the preservation of the original shine for a long time.

Another option for preserving varnish is to use preservatives when washing. Wash preservatives protect the varnish coating if they are used at every wash, and washing is done at least once every 2-3 weeks. Use only preservatives containing synthetic wax or Carnauba wax.

Polishing

Polishing is only required if the varnish has become unsightly due to dust, industrial gases, sunlight or rain due to insufficient care. And the shine is no longer achieved by using preservatives. It is necessary to warn against using highly abrasive or chemically strong polishing agents, even if the first experience of use was successful. Before each polishing, the car must be completely washed and thoroughly dried. Otherwise, follow the instructions for use of the polishing agent.

The treatment should be carried out in small areas to avoid premature drying of the polishing paste. Some polishing agents should be preserved. Do not polish in direct sunlight! Matt surfaces should not be preserved or polished.

Light alloy vehicle components do not require any special care.

Removal resin stains

Resin stains corrode the varnish in a short time and then cannot be completely removed. Fresh stains can be removed with washing gasoline and a soft cloth. In extreme cases, you can use gasoline from the tank, kerosene or turpentine. Varnish preservative cleans resin stains very well. When using this product, there is no need for subsequent washing.

Insect Removal

Insect marks contain substances that can damage the varnish film if not removed quickly. Once firmly stuck, they cannot be removed with just water and a sponge, but must be washed off with a mild soap solution. There are also special products for removing insect marks.

Removal of building material drips

Drops of any building materials should be washed off with a weak solution of neutral detergent. Rub gently, otherwise you can scratch the varnish. After washing, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Care of polymer parts

Polymer parts, artificial leather seats, ceiling, lamp glass and black matte parts should be cleaned with water with added shampoo, do not wet the ceiling. If necessary, treat polymer parts with polymer cleaners. Never use solvents such as nitro thinner, cold cleaner or gasoline.

Glass cleaning

Wipe the window glass from the outside and inside with a clean, soft cloth. For heavy dirt, use alcohol and warm water or a special glass cleaner. When cleaning the windshield, fold the windshield wipers forward. When cleaning the windshield, also clean the windshield wiper blades.

Attention! When using silicone-containing products, brushes, sponges and rags used for washing the varnish coating should not be used to clean the glass. When covering the varnish with silicone-containing products, the glass should be covered with cardboard or other material.

Caring for rubber seals

From time to time, rubber seals should be powdered with talc or coated with silicone spray. This eliminates creaking and noise when closing doors. Rubbing the corresponding surfaces with soap also eliminates noise.

Light metal wheel rims treat with a special cleaner, especially in winter, however, do not use aggressive, acid-containing cleaners at temperatures above +60°C.

Seat belts clean only with a mild soap solution when installed, do not dry clean as this will destroy the base. Remove automatic belts only when dry and, if necessary, treat with a special spray to facilitate their removal. Do not dry the belt at temperatures above +80°C or in direct sunlight.
