Warning: Disassembly/assembly procedures - front suspension struts - are dangerous. Serious injury or death, as well as vehicle damage, may occur if the front shock absorber and spring are fired.
1. Remove the front suspension strut from the vehicle.
2. Remove the cap from the shock absorber piston rod nut.

2. Piston rod nut.
3. Mounting rubber band.
4. Bearing.
5. Wheel vertical travel boot.
6. Bumper.
7. Lower spring seat.
8. Front shock absorber.
9. Coil spring.
Note:
: replace the part with a new one after each removal.
: use a special tool or device.
: apply lubricant.
Caution: Before loosening the piston rod nut, secure the front shock absorber with the coil spring in a special device. Otherwise, the coil spring may shoot out with great force and cause serious injury or death, or damage to the vehicle.
3. Install the front suspension strut assembly into the special fixture:

Note: Install the special tool using a clean cloth to prevent damage to the coil spring surface.
Install the special fixture fasteners as shown in the figure.

Install the front shock absorber with the coil spring on the special device so that the coil spring is installed in the position shown in the figure.

2. Using a special device, compress the coil spring.
3. Unscrew the shock absorber piston rod nut.
4. Remove the mounting rubber and bearing from the shock absorber.
5. Remove the dust cover, bump stop, and lower spring seat from the shock absorber in sequence.
6. Remove the coil spring from the shock absorber.
7. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following:
Installing a coil spring
Using a special device, compress the coil spring.

Install the front shock absorber so that the lower edge of the coil spring sits on the step of the lower spring seat.
Installing the mounting rubber
Install the mounting rubber so that the mounting rubber studs and the front shock absorber bracket are positioned as shown in the figure. Angle A: 0°±5°.
