1. Dust cover.
2. O-ring with circular cross-section.
3. Tie rod ends.
4. Locknuts.
5. Small dust boot clamps.
6. Large dust boot clamps.
7. Anther.
8. Steering rods.
9. Mounting bushings.
10. Steering gear.
Note:use a special tool or device.
Caution: To prevent damage to the steering gear, clamp it in a vice using copper pads or a clean cloth.
The steering gear is disassembled according to the general view drawing provided, taking into account the following features:
Tie rod ends
Apply alignment marks as shown in the figure for correct installation later. Remove the steering rod end.

Anther clamps
Insert a flat-head screwdriver into the boot clamp as shown in the picture. Then press the caulked area outward to remove the boot clamp.

Steering rods
Fix the steering rod (from the steering gear side) from turning with a suitable wrench, and unscrew the steering rod with another suitable wrench.

Mounting bushings
Use a suitable mandrel and press to remove the mounting bushings from the steering gear housing.
