Attention.
- A hot engine can cause burns. Before starting work, turn off the engine and wait until it cools down.
- To prevent damage to the automatic drive belt tensioner, do not apply excessive force after turning the tensioner to the stop.
Note: Removal/installation of drive belts is performed from underneath the vehicle.
1. Remove the front engine oil pan No.2.
2. Remove the mudguard.
3. Insert the key into the Allen key of the automatic drive belt tensioner and loosen the tension by slowly turning it in the direction of the arrow in the figure.

4. Remove the drive belt.
5. Install a new drive belt.
6. Turn the crankshaft pulley clockwise about half a turn to ensure that the drive belt is installed correctly. If the ribs of the drive belt and the grooves of the pulleys do not match, remove the drive belt and reinstall it.
7. Make sure that the hexagon pointer on the automatic drive belt tensioner is within the normal range.
8. Install the mudguard.
9. Install the front engine protective cover No.2.
