1. Install the lower valve spring seat onto the cylinder head.



2. Using a special mandrel, press the oil deflector cap onto the valve guide sleeve by hand.

Identification color of oil deflector caps:
  • Inlet: green.
  • Issue: gray.


3. Insert the valve into the cylinder head.

4. Install the valve spring with the smaller diameter side facing up.

Note: The valve springs for the intake and exhaust valves are different. Therefore, before measuring the length of the springs in a free state, it is necessary to determine the valve spring by the presence or absence of a color mark.

5. Install the valve plate.

6. Using a special tool, compress the valve spring and install the valve crackers into the plate.
