: use a special tool or attachments.
: apply oil.
1. Install the lower valve spring seat on the cylinder head.
2. Using a special mandrel, press the valve stem seal onto the valve guide by hand.
Note:
Identification color of oil caps:
- Inlet: green.
- Issue: grey.
3. Insert the valve into the cylinder head.
4. Install the valve spring with the smaller side up.
Attention. The valve springs for the intake and exhaust valves are different. Therefore, before measuring the length of the springs in the free state, it is necessary to determine the belonging of the valve spring by the presence of a color mark or its absence.
5. Install the valve disc.
6. Using a special tool, compress the valve spring and install the valve crackers in the plate.
7. Install the outlet of the cooling system with a thermostat.
