Disassembly of the "F" type gearbox primary shaft
The primary shaft of this type of gearbox is a non-separable structure on which the toothed rims of the drive pinions are made. If necessary, the bearings can be pressed off the shaft. Reuse of used bearings is not allowed.
Disassembly of the "F" type gearbox secondary shaft
Press the 4th gear pinion and bearing together using the groove between the 4th gear pinion teeth as a support; while doing this, hold the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
Remove the locking ring of the 4th gear synchronizer and the retaining ring of the hub of the sliding clutch of the 3rd and 4th gear synchronizer.

Press the hub with the sliding clutch of the third and fourth gears, remove the locking ring of the synchronizer of the third gear and the gear of the third gear, using the groove between the toothed rims of the gear of the third gear as a support, holding the shaft with your hand from falling out.
Remove the thrust ring, two thrust half rings, the 2nd gear pinion, the 2nd gear synchronizer locking ring, the hub retaining ring of the sliding clutch of the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer.
Press the hub with the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of the 1st and 2nd gears, the synchronizer retaining ring and the 1st gear.
If necessary, press off the inner race of the front bearing. The bearing must not be reused.
Disassembling the primary shaft of the "G" type gearbox
Press the inner race of the rear bearing, holding the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.

Remove the 4th gear pinion, the 4th gear synchronizer locking ring and the 3rd and 4th gear synchronizer hub retaining ring.
Press together the hub with the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of the third and fourth gears, the locking ring of the synchronizer of the third gear and the gear of the third gear, using the latter as a support and holding the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
If necessary, press off the bearing from the third gear pinion side. Reusing the bearing is not permitted.
Disassembling the secondary shaft of the "G" type gearbox
Press the inner ring of the rear bearing and the fourth gear pinion, leaning on the pinion and holding the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.

Remove the 3rd gear retaining ring.
Slide the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of the 1st and 2nd gears onto the 1st gear pinion.
Press the 3rd gear pinion and the 2nd gear pinion together, using the 2nd gear pinion as a support and holding the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
Remove the 2nd gear synchronizer locking ring and the hub retaining ring of the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer sliding clutch.

Press together the hub with the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of the 1st and 2nd gears, the locking ring of the synchronizer of the 1st gear and the gear of the 1st gear, using the gear of the 1st gear as a support and holding the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
If necessary, press off the inner race of the front bearing. The bearing must not be reused.
