Note: when assembling, it is necessary to select the dimensions of the parts indicated in the assembly drawing by the inscription "Selection".
Withdrawal Notes
1. Front bearing housing.
Install suitable bolts in the holes of the front bearing housing and, turning them alternately, remove the front bearing housing.
2. Bearing outer rings. By moving the secondary and intermediate shafts back and forth, remove the outer races of the bearings.
3. Primary, secondary and intermediate shafts,
A) Tilt the input and output shaft as shown in the illustration and remove the output shaft.
b) Remove the input shaft.
V) Tilt the intermediate shaft as shown in the figure and remove it.
Installation Notes
1. Front oil seal.
A) Apply grease to the sealing lip of the stuffing box.
b) Using a drift and hammer, install the oil seal into the front bearing housing.
2. Primary, secondary and intermediate shafts,
A) Install the intermediate shaft in the gearbox housing.
b) Install the input shaft in the gearbox housing.
V) Install the output shaft in the gearbox housing.
G) Connect the primary and secondary shafts.
d) Install intermediate shaft bearings.
e) Establish outer races of bearings of primary and secondary shaft.
and) Install the rear bearing housing with the arrow on the housing pointing up.
- Tightening torque - 18-26 Nm
3. Bearing gaskets.
A) Install the clutch housing over the transmission housing.
b) Use a depth gauge to measure the protrusion of the input shaft bearing outer race (magnitude "A").
b) Use a depth gauge to measure the depth of the groove as shown in the figure (magnitude "IN").
V) Calculate magnitude "WITH" according to the formula:
C = B - A
G) To ensure the specified clearance, select the thickness of the gasket according to the table below.
- Gap - 0.05 - 0.15 mm
d) Using a depth gauge, measure the distance to the intermediate shaft bearing outer race (magnitude "D").
e) Use a depth gauge to measure the depth of the groove as shown in the figure (magnitude "E").
and) Calculate magnitude "F" according to the formula:
F = E + O
h) To ensure the specified clearance, select the thickness of the gasket according to the table below.
- Gap - 0.15 - 0.25 mm
And) Install the input and intermediate shaft bearing gaskets and oil deflector into the front bearing housing.
To) Apply sealant to the contact surface of the front bearing housing as shown.
l) Install the clutch fork pivot pin to the front housing.
- Tightening torque - 31 - 46 Nm
m) Install the front bearing housing to the gearbox.
- Tightening torque - 19 - 56 Nm
Attention: be careful, the sharp splines of the shafts can damage the seals.
