2. Remove the front protective tray #2.
3. Drain the automatic transmission fluid.
4. Drain engine coolant.
5. Remove the clamps and disconnect the coolant supply and return hoses.
Gearboxes FW6A-EL, FW6AX-EL
1. Coolant supply hose.
2. Coolant return hose.
3. Oil cooler.
4. O-rings of circular cross-section.
Gearboxes GW6A-EL, GW6AX-EL (without oil cooler #2):
1. Coolant supply hose.
2. Coolant return hose.
3. Oil cooler.
4. O-rings of circular cross-section.
Gearboxes GW6A-EL, GW6AX-EL (with oil cooler №2):
1. Coolant hose (connected to the engine oil cooler).
2. Coolant hose (connected to the cooling system).
3. Liquid cooled oil cooler.
4. O-rings of circular cross-section.
5. Oil hose #1.
6. Oil hose #2.
7. Oil hose #3.
8. Oil hose #4.
9. Threaded fitting.
10. Gasket.
11. Oil pipe No. 1.
12. Oil pipe No. 2.
6. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the oil cooler from the gearbox.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
Install the coolant hose to the oil cooler as shown.
Note. When installing, use new clamps and coolant hoses.
Install the hose clamp so that the center A between the lugs of the hose clamp is within the range shown in the figure. Make sure that the mounting angles of the clamp ears correspond to those shown in the figure.
Make sure the hose clamp does not interfere with other components.
8. Fill the engine cooling system.
9. Fill with automatic transmission fluid.
10. Check the mechanical part of the automatic transmission.
