Attention:
- Using compressed air to clean will cause dirt to spray and contaminate other components. Use safety glasses to protect your eyes when cleaning with compressed air.
- Washing lubricated bearings in detergents or cleaning with a steam cleaner will wash the grease out of the bearing.
2. Clean the parts to be removed with solvent and dry with compressed air.
3. Clean all openings with compressed air.
4. Make sure all parts are clean before installation.
5. Apply lubricant to all moving parts.
6. Before applying the sealant, clean the contact surfaces from old sealant.
7. Assemble the unit within 10 minutes after applying the sealant. The gearbox can be filled with working fluid no less than 30 minutes after assembly.
