Attention:
- Using compressed air to clean will spray dirt and contaminate other parts. Use protective goggles to protect your eyes when cleaning with compressed air.
- Washing lubricated bearings in cleaning fluids or cleaning with a steam cleaner will wash the grease out of the bearing.
2. Clean the parts to be removed with solvent and dry with compressed air.
3. Clean all holes with compressed air.
4. Please make sure all parts are clean before installation.
5. Apply lubricant to all moving parts.
6. Before applying the sealant, clean the contact surfaces of the old sealant.
7. Assemble the assembly within 10 minutes of applying the sealant. The gearbox can be filled with working fluid at least 30 minutes after assembly.
