4 - first and second gear shift rod,
5 - fork for switching first and second gears,
6 - pin,
7 - spring,
8 - washer,
9 - retaining ring,
10 - tip of the first and second gear shift rod,
11 - locking pin,
12 - locking ball, spring and spring guide,
13 - third and fourth gear shift rod,
14 - third and fourth gear shift fork,
15 - tip of the third and fourth gear shift rod,
16, 17 - locking pin,
18 - fifth gear and reverse gear engagement rod,
19 - locking block,
20 - locking ball and spring,
21 - retaining ring,
22 - push pin,
23 - spring,
24 - washer,
25 - retaining ring,
26 - tip of the fifth gear and reverse gear engagement rod,
27 - rubber plug,
28 - locking ball and spring,
29 - lock bolt.

Gear shift rods.
a) Remove the pins from the rods.

b) Set the mechanism to neutral position.
c) Remove the shift rods from the top cover.
Note: When removing the rods, press down on the locking mechanism ball from above.
