Controlling the CD player (CD-changer) (Mazda BT-50 (1))

Note: The CD-Changer player is controlled in the same way as a CD player (see description above).


1. Turn on the player.

Press the "CD" button and turn on the CD player. If a CD is inserted but not playing, pressing this button will start playing the recording.

2. Loading discs into the CD changer.

Loading one disc

a) Click on the "LOAD" button.

b) Insert the disc into the player when the display shows "IN".

Loading multiple CDs

a) Press and hold the "LOAD" button until you hear a beep.

b) Insert the disc into the player when the display shows "IN".

c) Insert the next disc into the player when the display of the radio again shows "IN".

Note: The system will start playing the first loaded disc if no next disc is loaded within 15 seconds after the first disc is loaded. The system will also start playing the first loaded disc when the last disc is loaded.


Loading a disk into the selected slot

a) Press and hold the "LOAD" button until you hear a beep.

b) Using buttons "1" - "6" select the cell. The display will show "WAIT".

c) Insert the disc into the player when the display shows "IN".

3. Removing discs from the player.

Removal one disk

a) Click on the button . The display will show "DISC OUT".

b) Remove the disc from the player.



Ejecting multiple CDs

a) Press and hold until a beep is heard. The display will show "DISC OUT".

b) Within 5 seconds after the sound signal, press the button again .

Note: If the button is not pressed within 5 seconds, the "DISC OUT" display will flash and the discs will be ejected automatically.


c) Remove the discs from the player.



Ejecting a disk from a selected cell

a) Press and hold the button until a beep is heard. The display will show "DISC OUT".

b) Within 5 seconds after the sound signal, use buttons "1" - "6" to select the cell from which you want to remove the disc.

c) Remove the disc from the player.
