2. Search for radio stations manually.
(Type 1) By briefly pressing the or buttons, the manual mode of searching for radio stations down or up along the scale of the selected range is switched on. The frequency of the selected radio station is shown on the display.
(Type 2) To search for radio stations up or down the band scale, turn the "TUNE/AUDIO CONT".
3. Automatic search for radio stations. Press and hold until beep (type 1) or when pressed (type 2) one of the or buttons will turn on the automatic search mode for radio stations down or up on the scale of the selected range.
Auto mode will turn off as soon as a stable radio signal is found.
During stereo reception, the indicator lights up on the display "ST".
4. Programming and switching radio stations.
The settings of the most frequently listened to radio stations can be stored in memory and switched to them by pressing one of the buttons "1" - "6". To program settings, follow these steps:
Tune in to the desired radio station using the and buttons or the knob "TUNE/AUDIO CONT".
Press and hold one of the buttons "1" - "6" to the beep.
Note: When the radio is disconnected, the battery is replaced or the fuses are replaced, the radio settings memory is erased.
5. (Type 1) Introductory listening to radio stations.
By pressing the button "SCAN" the receiver starts searching up the band scale and plays each radio station for a few seconds.
To select the desired station, press the button again "SCAN".
6. Automatic search for radio stations.
By pressing the button "AUTO-M" the radio station is automatically tuned to the settings buttons "1" - "6" if there is a stable signal.
Note:
- Each station search mode, both manual and automatic, allows you to tune in 6 AM, FM1 and PM2 radio stations independently of each other.
- Automatic programming of six radio stations takes place in descending order of signal reception quality.
- If no radio station was programmed during the automatic search for radio stations, the indicator will light up on the display "A".
7. Alternative frequency.
An alternative frequency operates on FM stations. To turn on the alternative frequency, press the button "AF" and the indicator will appear on the display "AF". If you want to continue receiving the regional program, press the button again "AF" and hold for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. The display will show "REG ON". To cancel regional program reception, press the button again "AF" and hold for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. The display will show "REG OFF".
8. Traffic announcements.
If the button "TA" is pressed while the radio is operating, the device switches to traffic announcement mode and the display shows "TR". This mode only searches for traffic announcements. If the tuned station is not broadcasting traffic announcements when the button is pressed "TA", the radio will automatically search for another network after 20 seconds. If a suitable station is not found, the display will show "NOTHING" and the system will return to the previously tuned station. On the territory of the Russian Federation, this function does not work.
Note: When a traffic announcement transmission is received, its broadcast will preempt radio, tape, MD or CD playback. To exit the traffic announcement mode and return to the previous mode, press the button "TA".
9. Information about the type of program.
While listening to a radio station, press the button "RTU", the display will show "RTU".
Press the button to select the type of program "RTU", then use the and buttons to search for the program type.
The device will scan for broadcasts, if the program type is not found, the device will return to the previously configured range.
10. To turn off, press the button "PWRVOL".
