The Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) system is designed to maintain vehicle stability and controllability by identifying and eliminating critical situations in advance.

Today, the dynamic stabilization system is an active safety system of the highest level.

Today, the dynamic stabilization system is an active safety system of the highest level.

The DSC system includes the following systems:
  • anti-lock braking system (ABS),
  • electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) system,
  • electronic Differential Lock (EDS),
  • anti-Slip Regulation (ASR),
  • emergency braking assistance system (EBA).

The dynamic stabilization system consists of the following components:
  • hydroelectronic control unit;
  • wheel speed sensors;
  • brake pressure sensor;
  • acceleration sensor;
  • yaw rate sensor (lateral acceleration);
  • steering wheel angle sensor;
  • laser sensor (vehicles with intelligent brake assist system SCBS).

DSC system components, front of the vehicle:

DSC system components, front of the vehicle:
1. DSC hydro-electronic control unit.
2. Brake fluid pressure sensor.
3. TCS OFF switch.
4. Front ABS wheel sensor.
5. Laser sensor (vehicles with an intelligent auxiliary braking system SSBS).

DSC system components, rear of vehicle:

DSC system components, rear of vehicle:
1. Rear ABS wheel sensor.

Based on the readings from various sensors, the dynamic stabilization system evaluates the driver's actions and the vehicle's motion parameters. The occurrence of an emergency situation is determined by comparing the driver's actions and the vehicle's motion parameters. In the event that the driver's actions differ from the actual vehicle motion parameters, the system activates the appropriate safety systems and controls their operation.

The serviceability of all components of the electronic dynamic stabilization system is monitored by the vehicle's on-board diagnostics system. In the event of malfunctions, the corresponding fault codes are stored in the vehicle's memory and can be read by the M-MDS diagnostic device.
