Removing
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the glove box.
3. Remove the central unit or radio.
4. Disconnect the connector "A".
1 - connector "IN",
2 - control panel for air conditioning and heater.
5. Disconnect the air intake changeover flap drive cable from the heater fan assembly.
6. Disconnect the airflow redirection damper cable from the heater unit.
7. Press on the latches and remove the air conditioner and heater control panel.
Installation
1. Connect the connectors to the air conditioning and heater control panel.
2. Insert the air conditioning and heater control panel until it clicks into place.
3. Connect and adjust the damper cables.
1 - control panel for air conditioning and heater,
2 - a cable of a drive of the damper of switching of an intake of air,
3 - cable drive damper change the direction of air flow.
4. Install the central unit or radio.
5. Install the storage box.
6. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
Disassembly and assembly
1. Disassemble the control panel for the air conditioner and heater in the sequence of numbers shown in the figure.
1 - panel,
2 - damper cable for changing the direction of air flows,
3 - cable drive damper switching air intake,
4 - conditioner amplifier,
5 - heater fan control switch,
6 - wiring,
7 - suspension lamps,
8 - body.
2. Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
Cable adjustment
Intake air flap control cable
1. Set the knob to position "FRESH".
2. Turn the air intake changeover flap gear lever to the position "FRESH" and insert a screwdriver into the service hole.
1 - transfer lever,
2 - cable,
3 - cable lock,
4 - service hole.
3. Connect cable to transmission arm.
4. Secure the cable with the clamp.
5. Verify that the slider moves within the required range.
Air flow reversing damper cable
1. Set the knob to position "DEFROSTER".
2. Turn the airflow reversal flap gear lever to the position "DEFROSTER" and insert a screwdriver into the service hole.
1 - cable lock,
2 - service hole,
3 - transfer lever,
4 - cable.
3. Connect cable to transmission arm.
4. Secure the cable with the clamp.
5. Verify that the slider moves within the required range.
