Removal and installation



1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the heater fan resistor in the sequence of numbers shown in the figure.

1 - connectors,

1 - connectors,
2 - screw,
3 - resistor.


3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Examination



1. Disconnect the connector.

2. Measure the resistance between the connector terminals.

2. Measure the resistance between the connector terminals.
2. Measure the resistance between the connector terminals.

If the resistance is not as described, replace the heater blower resistor.
