2. Remove the refrigerant from the system.
3. Remove the grille.
4. Remove the intercooler.
5. Disconnect the high pressure hose and coolant circulation tube.
Attention: to avoid contamination of the system, immediately install plugs on the open ends of the pipes.
6. Remove the condenser in sequence of numbers specified in drawing.
1 - nut,
2 - capacitor,
3 - nut.
7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
8. Follow the steps described in subsection "Checking the efficiency of the refrigerant circulation system".
Note: when installing a new condenser, add 20 ml of compressor oil.
Examination
1. Check the condenser for damage and compressor oil leaks.
If damage or leakage is found, replace the capacitor.
2. Make sure the condenser is not clogged with dirt.
If the condenser is clogged with dirt, remove the dirt.
3. Check the condenser heat exchanger plates for kinks.
If bent plates are found, straighten them with a slotted screwdriver.
