Removal and installation



1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the glove box.

3. Remove the air conditioner unit.

4. Remove the heater fan assembly in the sequence of numbers shown in the figure.

3 - heater fan unit.


5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Disassemble the heater fan unit in the sequence of numbers shown in the figure "Disassembling and assembling the heater fan unit".

1 - heater fan,
2 - resistor,
3 - wiring harness,
4 - air intake flap transfer lever,
5 - air intake flap control crank,
6 - polyurethane protection,
7, 8 - heater fan unit housing,
9 - air intake switching flap,
10, 11 - heater fan unit housing.


Note: Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
