Removal



Remove the timing belt.

Secure the toothed belt tensioner (1) in the released position. Compress the pressure spring (2)…


Secure the toothed belt tensioner (1) in the released position. Compress the pressure spring (2) and pull out the tension roller. (3 - toothed belt).

Remove the toothed belt tension spring (1). Unscrew the tensioner bolt (2) and remove it.

Remove the hose from the water pump fitting, having first released the mounting clamp.

Unscrew the four mounting bolts and remove the water pump together with the gasket.

Installation



Clean the sealing surfaces. Insert the water pump with a new gasket and tighten the mounting bolts to 25 Nm.

Install and secure the belt tensioner with a bolt, compress the tension spring and insert it.

Place the hose on the water pump fitting and secure it with a clamp.

Install the timing belt.

Install the poly V-belt.
