The exhaust system consists of a front intake pipe with a catalytic converter, a middle muffler and an end muffler. A lambda probe is required to control the catalytic converter (petrol engines only), screwed in front of the catalytic converter.

The catalyst is secured together with the engine exhaust manifold. During repairs, the parts can be replaced separately. Nuts and gaskets must be replaced after removal. The mounting rings and rubber buffers must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.
