Removal and installation



Remove the parts in the order they are numbered in the assembly drawing "Removing and installing the rear suspension stabilizer bar".

1 - anti-roll bar assembly,
2 - stabilizer strut,
3 - stabilizer mounting bracket,
4 - stabilizer mounting bushing,
5 - rear suspension anti-roll bar.


Note:
  • Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
  • After installation, lower the vehicle to load the suspension and finally tighten the stabilizer strut mounting bolts.


Installation Note



1. Stabilizer mounting bushing. Install the stabilizer mounting bushing according to the mark as shown in the figure.

2. Anti-roll bar assembly.



t) Install the stabilizer and temporarily tighten the mounting nuts.

b) Install the stabilizer struts and tighten the nuts to the specified tightening torque.
  • Tightening torque - 36 - 54 Nm

c) Tighten the anti-roll bar mounting nuts to the specified torque.
  • Tightening torque - 36 - 45 Nm
