Rear anti-roll bar — removal and installation (Mazda Capella GF)

1. Loosen the rear wheel nuts. Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it on stands. Remove the rear wheels.

2. Unscrew the nuts securing the earrings to the stabilizer (figure 12.2).



3. Unscrew the bolts securing the stabilizer support bushings (figure 12.3). Remove the stabilizer.



4. Inspect the earring bushings and hinges for damage. Replace bushings if necessary. If the hinges of the earrings are faulty, replace the earrings.

5. Installation of the stabilizer is performed in the reverse order of removal. Tighten all fasteners to the specified torques.
