Check on the car
1. Remove the glow plug bar.
2. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the glow plug terminal and the cylinder head (ground).
- Nominal resistance at 20°C - 1.4 Ohm

Replace spark plugs if necessary.
Removal and installation
Attention:
- Remove glow plugs only if they need to be replaced.
- Avoid dropping glow plugs, hitting other parts, or damaging the heating part of the glow plug.

1. Remove the engine trim panel.
2. Disconnect the wire from the waiting terminal of the battery.
3. Remove the fuel accumulator (see chapter "Fuel injection system").

4. Remove the glow plugs in the order shown in the figure.
1 - glow plug bus,
2 - glow plug.
5. Perform installation in reverse order.
Note on removing glow plugs
Using a tool, unscrew the glow plug one turn. Then unscrew the plug by hand.
Note on installing glow plugs
Fit the glow plugs. Tighten them using a special tool.
- Tightening torque: 15-20 Nm
