Removal



Remove the door trim.

Unscrew the four screws securing the speaker. Remove the plug and take out the speaker.

Loosen the screws of the inner door handle drive and detach the drive from the door frame.

Pull off the protective foil.

Manual window lifter: Re-install the window lifter handle. Electric window lifter: connect the negative wire to the battery pack and connect the wires to the window lifter motor.

Remove the outside rearview mirror.

Unhook the outside rearview mirror outer cover from the three clips.

Remove the rear door glass guide.

Disconnect the glass opening seals from the outside and inside from the door frame.

Lower the glass as far as shown in the picture and unscrew the bolts securing the glass to the window regulator.

Lower the glass all the way down. At the same time, hold the glass at the top in the opening and guide it as it lowers.

Fold the glass forward and pull it out of the door to the side.

Installation



Carefully insert the glass into the door.

Raise the window regulator and screw the two mounting bolts into the window regulator bar without tightening them.



Lower the glass completely and insert the sealing rubber into the glass opening.

Raise the glass fully.

Install the glass guide.

Lower the glass and then raise it completely. Align the glass by moving it left and right.

Lower the glass until the mounting bolts can be tightened through the holes in the door frame to a torque of 10 Nm.

Attach the outer cover to the outside rearview mirror.

Install the outside rearview mirror.

Manual windows: Remove the window handle. Power windows: Disconnect the negative cable from the battery and disconnect the wires from the window motor.

Install protective film.

Attach the inner door handle drive and secure it with screws. Put on the speaker plug and secure it with screws.

Install door trim.
