Before changing fuses, always switch off the corresponding consumer.
The fuses are located in the fuse box behind the instrument panel on the left side next to the steering wheel. Unhook the top cover and remove it.
Additional fuses are located in the fuse and relay box in the engine compartment.
The location of the fuses is indicated on the inside cover of the fuse box. The location of the fuses and relays is also indicated in the next section.

A blown fuse is identified by a molten metal strip.
Pull out the damaged fuse using a plastic clip that is attached to the inside of the fuse box cover in the engine compartment.
Insert a new fuse with the same current rating. The current value is indicated on the fuse handle. In addition, fuse handles have different colors, which can also be used to determine the current strength.

Attach the fuse box cover.
If the installed fuse also blows soon, then you need to check the corresponding circuit.
Under no circumstances should the fuse be replaced with a wire or the like, otherwise the parts of the electrical equipment may be seriously damaged.
It is recommended that you always carry spare fuses with you in your vehicle.
