Anti-theft modes
Inactive (Dead)
- Ignition key in position "ON", "ACC" or "LOCK".
- The anti-theft system indicator does not light up.
Initial installation (Initial)
- Key removed from ignition (doors and hood closed).
- The anti-theft system indicator does not light up.
Arming 1 (Prearming 1)
- Key removed from ignition (any door or hood open).
- The anti-theft system indicator does not light up.
Arming 2 (Prearming 2)
- Key removed from ignition (the doors are closed but not locked and the hood is open).
- The anti-theft system indicator does not light up.
Guard mode (Arming 1)
- The doors are locked and the hood is closed.
- The direction indicators should flash twice to confirm arming.
- The indicator will flash at 3 second intervals. The system is armed.
Panic Mode 1 (Alarm 1)
- A door or hood is open without using a key, or the ignition switch circuit is shorted. The siren works for 25 seconds and the direction indicators flash for 4.5 minutes.
- The siren will sound again when you try to open or close the doors or hood without using the key between 25 seconds and 4.5 minutes.
Panic Mode 2 (Alarm 2)
- The system enters this state 4.5 minutes after the mode is activated "Alarm 1".
- When you try to open a door or hood, the system goes back into "Alarm 1".
Shutdown (Alarm Stop Phase)
To disable the anti-theft system and switch to the mode "Initial", open the front door with the key.
