2. Drain the coolant into a suitable container (see chapter "Maintenance and general check and adjustment procedures").
3. Remove the parts in the order they are numbered in the figure.
1 - upper radiator seal,
2 - radiator hose,
3 - lower part of the cooling system fan casing,
4 - cooling system fan casing,
5 - radiator.
4. Installation of parts during assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
5. Fill the required amount of coolant into the cooling system and check for leaks (see chapter "Maintenance and general check and adjustment procedures").
Examination
1. Check for damage or breakage.
2. Check the radiator fins. Straighten if necessary.
3. Check for dirt in the radiator fins; if necessary, flush the radiator with a stream of water.
4. Check the radiator inlet pipe for bending.
