2. Remove the oil filter (Section 1, Chapter 16).
3. Drain the cooling system (Section 1, Chapter 26).
4. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the oil radiator.
5. Remove the center nut from the oil cooler. The oil cooler can now be removed from the block.
6. When installing, use a new oil seal and position the oil cooler with the UP mark facing up. Tighten the center nut to the specified tightening torque Specifications.
7. Install the new oil filter and reconnect the coolant hoses.
8. Fill the cooling system. Start the engine and check for signs of oil and coolant leaks. liquids.
9. Turn off the engine. Check oil and coolant levels and top up if necessary.
