Front cowl installation details
Removal
1. Remove the drive cover (Chapter 3) and a toothed drive belt (Chapter 5).
2. Remove the camshaft sprocket (Chapter 6).
3. Remove the bolts and carefully separate the cover from the cylinder head and use a screwdriver to break the gasket.
Installation
4. Carefully clean the contact surfaces of the gasket material.
5. Place the casing using a new gasket and install the mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts to the torque specified in the Specifications.
6. The rest of the installation is carried out in reverse order.
