Removal
1. Remove the front timing belt cover (Chapter 3).
2. Remove the timing belt drive (Chapter 5).
3. Clamp the sprocket in position so that it cannot turn using the socket and adapter on one of the front cover bolts. Remove the sprocket bolt, sprocket and washer.
Installation
4. Place the sprocket in position on the camshaft, align the sprocket and the marks on the cover. The detonation pin on the camshaft must align with the hole in the sprocket.
5. Clamp the camshaft sprockets, install the washer and bolt. Tighten the bolt to the tightening torque specified in the Specification.
6. Install the timing belt, cover and any other parts that were removed.
