Removal
1. Remove the toothed drive belt (Chapter 5).
2. Use a screwdriver to hold the flywheel in one position by inserting it between the teeth, and remove the sprocket bolt, washer and pulley.
3. Remove the sprocket from the crankshaft. Remove the woodruff key if it is loose.
Installation
4. Install the woodruff key (if it is deleted). Lightly lubricate the key and the nose of the crankshaft.
5. Place the sprocket and pulley on the crankshaft, install the crankshaft sprocket bolt by tightening it by hand. Tighten the bolt to the torque specified in the Specification.
6. Adjust the tension of the toothed drive belt (Chapter 5).
