Front bumper
1. Raise the vehicle and support it on supports.
2. Disconnect the battery and wait a few minutes.
3. Remove the air dam, radiator, and bumper mounting bolts (indicated by arrows).
4. Loosen the air intake duct mounting bolts (indicated by the arrow).
5. Remove the mounting screws of the wheel arch insert and bumper cover (indicated by arrows).
6. Unscrew the casing mounting bolts (indicated by arrows) and remove the bumper cover.
7. Remove the casing and unscrew the fastening nuts (indicated by arrows) and remove the bumper.
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Rear bumper
1. Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it on stands.
2. Loosen the mounting bolts (indicated by arrows) on the sides of the bumper.
3. Remove the mounting screws at the bottom edge of the bumper cover (indicated by arrows).
4. Unscrew the rear headlights and remove the upper bumper cover mounting screws (indicated by arrows).
5. Loosen the cover mounting bolts located in the trunk (indicated by the arrow) on each side of the bumper.
6. Unscrew the fastening nuts (indicated by arrows) and remove the bumper and cover.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
