Removal and installation
1. Open the hatch, unscrew the mounting bolts and remove it.
- Tightening torque - 4-6 Nm
2. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
3. After installation, check and, if necessary, adjust the position of the hatch.
Adjustment
1. Checking the position of the hatch.
a) Measure the gaps between the edges of the hatch and the car body and compare the obtained values with the nominal ones.
Gap:
- a — 3.5 - 5.5 mm
- b — -0.5 - 2.0 mm
b) If the measured values do not correspond to the nominal ones, the position of the hatch must be adjusted.
2. Adjusting the position of the hatch.
a) Loosen the fuel filler flap mounting bolts and adjust its position by moving it horizontally and vertically.
b) Tighten the hatch mounting bolts after adjustment.
