Fuel filter water presence sensor (Mazda BT-50 (1))

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Follow the procedures in the section "Before carrying out repair work".

3. Drain the fuel from the fuel filter.

4. Remove the water presence sensor.

5. Using an ohmmeter, check the conductivity of the sensor when changing the position of the float.


Replace the sensor if necessary.

6. Installation of parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

7. Follow the procedures in the section "After the repair work has been completed".
