2. Remove the parts in the sequence shown in the figure below.
Location of emission control system components.
1 - EGR valve,
2 - EGR cooler,
3 - throttle valve,
4 - electromagnetic valve of the exhaust gas recirculation system,
5 - control electromagnetic valve of the exhaust gas recirculation system,
6 - air filter,
7 - electromagnetic valve No.1 of throttle control,
8 - electromagnetic valve No.2 for throttle control,
9 - oxidizing neutralizer.
1 - exhaust gas recirculation system tube,
2 - EGR cooler,
3 - EGR valve.
Note: EGR valve gasket part number is WL93-20-305, EGR cooler gasket part number is WLE7-20-3L8.
3. Installation of parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note on installation of EGR system components
1. Lightly tighten the mounting bolts and nuts in the sequence from "A" to "F" shown in the "Installing the EGR system" illustration.
2. Finally tighten the mounting bolts and nuts in the sequence from "A" to "F" shown in the figure "Installing the EGR system".
