Idling switch (Mazda BT-50 (1))

1. Disconnect the idle speed switch connector.

2. Using an ohmmeter, check the conductivity between the switch terminals when changing the position of the rod.

• The rod is pressed and the accelerator pedal is released - there is conductivity
• The switch rod is released or not pressed fully, the accelerator pedal is pressed - there is no conductivity

Replace the idle switch if necessary.
