Examination
1. Remove the start inhibit switch.
2. Using an ohmmeter, check the conductivity of the switch.
a) Make sure there is conductivity between the terminals when the switch rod is pressed.
b) Make sure that there is no conductivity between the terminals when the switch rod is released.
If necessary, replace the starter inhibit switch.
