1. Drain the oil from the front gearbox (see chapter "Maintenance and general check and adjustment procedures").

2. Remove the parts in the order they are numbered in the assembly drawing "Removing and installing the front axle disconnect mechanism".

1 - vacuum hoses,
2 - front axle disconnect sensor connector,
3 - front axle disconnect mechanism.


Note:
  • Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
  • After installation, fill the front gearbox with oil (see chapter "Maintenance and general check and adjustment procedures").
