Place the diffuser assembly in water to check for leaks
1. Remove the block as described in Chapter 10.
2. Remove the nuts securing the lens assembly (four nuts on the Sedan and Coupe models, seven nuts on the Hatchback). Remove the lens and seal.
3. Individual lenses can be separated after softening the glue with a hot air injector.
4. Install the new lens, if possible, use the old glue and install the lenses in place. If there is not enough glue to reuse, use new one.
5. Test the assembled unit for leaks in a bath of water.
