Note: When the temperature control lever is moved all the way to the right, warm air will flow from all vents. When you move the temperature control lever all the way to the left, fresh air will flow from all ventilation nozzles.

Defrosting and drying the windshield
To maximize the defrosting process, move the temperature control lever to the right and set the fan to level 4.
Before driving, clear your windshield, rear window and side mirrors of ice and snow.
Also clear the hood and the air vents in front of the windshield from snow to ensure the defrosting and drying process can proceed successfully.
The air conditioner is also very effective for defrosting. (At temperatures below 0°C the air conditioner does not work.)
