Note: When the temperature control lever is moved all the way to the right, warm air will flow from all vents. When you move the temperature control lever all the way to the left, fresh air will flow from all ventilation nozzles.

Type A. The heating power increases as the air flow control lever moves to the position . However, if fog forms on the windshield, return the lever to the position .
Type B. The heating power increases as the air inlet button is held down . However, if fog forms on the windshield, release the button again to cancel this function.

Defrosting and drying the windshield



To maximize the defrosting process, move the temperature control lever to the right and set the fan…
To maximize the defrosting process, move the temperature control lever to the right and set the fan to level 4.

Before driving, clear your windshield, rear window and side mirrors of ice and snow.

Also clear the hood and the air vents in front of the windshield from snow to ensure the defrosting and drying process can proceed successfully.

The air conditioner is also very effective for defrosting. (At temperatures below 0°C the air conditioner does not work.)
