Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
Remove the instrument cluster cover and trim.
Remove the instrument panel.
Remove the steering wheel, upper and lower steering column covers.
Remove the lower air duct located behind the bottom panel.
Remove the hood release lever and the lower instrument panel cover.
Remove the glove compartment.
Disconnect the heater control cables.
Remove the side panels of the console.
Remove the stereo and speaker covers.
Remove the two trims from the center pillar.
Label and disconnect the connectors from the instrument panel.
Remove all bolts, screws and nuts securing the instrument panel to the car body, lift the panel and remove it from the car through the door. This is a labor-intensive job, so it is recommended to do it with an assistant.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
